We are looking for a full-time Business Controller / Data Analyst to join our versatile and experienced CFO team. You will be working as an interim controller for a portfolio of companies, as well as on a variety of project based work. You will be working closely as a part of our Business Intelligence team as well as with other data-driven projects
Who would you be working with?
Since 2010, we have grown to almost 300 people, a twothousand customers, and we are continuing our organic growth! We provide the full spectrum of financial services, from accounting to interim CFO’s for some of the fastest growing companies in Finland. Everyone works closely together, meaning you will be working with other CFO’s, accountants, payroll specialists, HR-specialists, Systems and Integrations Specialists, but most importantly, with great customers. We care for our customers so much, that we have even invested in 20 of our customers and our personnel fund has also invested in some more of them.
What do we expect from you?
You are a goal-oriented achiever, with a great customer service and entrepreneurial attitude. You live to get things done, and constant learning is part of who you are. You understand the important role of growth companies in the economy, and you want to take part in the creation of their success stories.
You are a recent graduate, or at the end of your studies of accounting, finance, business analytics or industrial engineering. You are preferably proficient in Finnish, Swedish being a plus. You have a solid academic background and work experience in data driven tasks are a benefit. You understand the importance of utilizing data to make better informed decisions, so you naturally have a keen interest in Business Intelligence and learning how to use modern BI-tools. You quickly get a grasp of the big picture too, and oh – you are a wizard with Excel.
