Epec is now looking for a Quality Manager who would be responsible for managing, maintaining and continual improvement of our management system. Main tasks include developing processes to ensure customer requirements for product and manufacturing process quality and coaching, facilitating and hands-on working in quality related topics. We expect you to manage customer quality meetings, quality reports, quality metrics, audits, certification and internal/external development activities among other things. In this role you should also facilitate and manage quality-related customer concerns in close co-operation with product development, production, sourcing, product support, sales and customers.
We expect you to have an appropriate degree and a proven track record in maintaining and developing quality, environmental and health & safety management systems and processes. Understanding of Tier 1 or OEM supplier role in automotive and/or electrical/electronics industry and strong experience in managing IATF 16949 are required in the position. You should also have experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. We appreciate excellent co-operation, communication and documentation skills. Also, project management and leading skills are needed, as well as a good command of Finnish and English. Some traveling might be required in the position. You would be placed in Seinäjoki, Finland.
