As a Director of Control System Products at Epec, you will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the control system and display products. You will have the P&L responsibility and lead the team of professionals. Together with your team you will be in charge of R&D roadmaps, project portfolio, productizing, product support for sales, trainings and after market activities. You will be a member of the management team and participate in strategy work. The job is located in Seinäjoki, our headquarters. In this position, you will report to the Managing Director.
We expect you to have a relevant education (for instance electrical engineering) and years of work experience in managing complex R&D programmes by modern, cost-efficient and agile methods. In addition to technical knowhow and interest, we appreciate business orientation and experience in P&L responsibilities. You like to lead professionals by challenging, coaching and empowering them. Understanding of automotive development processes at Tier1 or OEM level is an advantage as well as being familiar with technology related to autonomous systems and electro mobility. We appreciate a target-oriented, calm and persistent working style. In addition to Finnish, you can communicate easily in English with our internal and external stakeholders.
