Our company is seeking a Customer Support Engineer as reinforcement for our tech support in Seinäjoki or Tampere.
As a technical Customer Support Engineer, your main responsibility will be providing technical support for system integrators. The job description includes technical support, training and support development. If providing customer service and working with a team of top professionals sparks an interest, and you are enthusiastic about providing value to our customer’s business operations, we want to hear from you.
Tasks will include technical support for HW and SW issues concerning control units, displays and services. The required areas of expertise for this position include logic programming, various communications protocols or IoT. The main areas of responsibility will be agreed upon according to your experience and expertise. Also, you will provide support for marketing and sales, as well as develop support and training material.
For successful job performance, we expect you to be experienced in software design. Experience in control systems of mobile machines is also an advantage. Good communication in English is essential for this position. We hope that you are enthusiastic about working at the customer interface level, have good interpersonal skills and flexibility. You should have a willingness and the capability to travel, if required.
